I'm wondering what other people's experiences are with regards to the sleep tracking accuracy - especially the breakdown into sleep phases (light/deep/REM).
No matter how long I sleep my deep sleep is never more than 1h. Ideally it should be 20% of the total sleep duration. So with the average 7.5 hours I am sleeping
this should be at least 1.5 hours...
I'm not sure if the watch considers movement AND HR to determine sleep phases or movement alone. If it's just movement alone the accuracy is probably already
skewed by the fact that my wife sleeps next to me and of course moves around during the night...
