Trouble setting alarms

I've tried setting alarms on my phone and syncing them to the watch and setting them from the watch. The alarms set in the android garmin connect are not syncing to my phone . When I set alarms from my watch, I can only set them for 7am. The checkbox is not responsive. Am I missing something? Thanks!

I did an online chat with customer support. They had me reset my watch and i still can't create an alarm.

I spoke to customer support again. You have to tap the screen above the check mark where the time is to get the alarm to save. Weird, but it worked.
