How can I can get indoor cycling (spin) distance traveled onto my device?

Just got va3. How can I can get indoor cycling (spin) distance traveled onto my device and activities without adding manually? Also, power/watts and rpm data would be bonus.

Also, how do i set the watch face backlight to stay on during the activity? In the spin class the lights are off, so i can't see the screen unless i manually activate the backlight. How do i set it to stay on during activity?

From the owners manual:

Select the action key, and select Settings > System > Backlight
Mode
Sets the backlight to turn on manually, for keys and alerts, or for notifications
Timeout
Sets the length of time before the backlight turns off.

What sensors are on the spin bike you are using? Can you connect to them? If not, then it will more than likely be a manual entry.

I use a Garmin speed sensor and cadence sensor on my bike with my indoor trainer. If your VA3 is unable to pair with the sensors that are on the bike you are using for your spin class, purchasing your own sensors or manually inputting the values are your only options.

While you can distance from speed/candence sensors the this watch doesn't do power at all.

I can broadcast my heart rate to the bike display, not sure whether i can get data from the bike though. The bike has an ANT+ logo on the display.

according to this website, it is compatible with va3, but it's not clear whether the watch can only broadcast hr data , or whether it can also get data from the stages console.
