Garmin Venu broken / battery dead

Hello,

I have had my Garmin Venu for a little over 3 years now and it seems that, after a couple of days where it was continuously turning on and off, the watch might be dead, or instead the battery might need to be replaced. I cannot turn it on anymore and I have tried all sort of things - I have already tried to clean the battery contacts multiple times.

What do you recommend me doing? Can I replace the battery manually / bring it somewhere where they can repair it? I am based in London.

Since the most recent update a few weeks ago, my Venu battery life is terrible. Could be the most recent update.

We have the same problem here - we cannot turn it on anymore
