venu burn in

hi all, have seen the thread but it's locked, I thought that I did something wrong but I have seen same problem for other users

the so called burn in or ghost image, here is mine in white background and what I see in black background,

what is the solution? is there screen replacement within / without warranty?

How it's possible that from all my devices with AMOLED Display only Venu has burn in?

My phone is 4 years old and I use it much more than Venu.

I have been offered 185€ for replacement, since mine it's out of warranty, plus 15€ check of my defective (??) this is 50% of the buying price, but my concern is if this will happened again (since it's looks like an epidemic case

New is 175 € on garmin.com in my country...

I have burn in as well, which is clearly from having the screen always on while running.

My runs are at most 40 minutes or so, but I guess it's my own fault that I didnt change the setting for it.

I don't think so, mine it setup to run out for the lowest possible time, I think it's amoled screen issue

Mine is off most of the day. I use it only for running every second day. When I go for a run, I turn Venu on. When I finish, I turn it off. And it is not set to AOD during running.

I use it also as watch for two weeks per year - it is on all day. But never AOD.

So if the screen is good quality, it is very odd to have burn in effect.
