I have been doing the garmin coach half marathon training program and have been loving it so far, but I have a run coming up next week that is confusing me. The run is one of the "Speed Repeats" run, and one of the intervals is running for 30 seconds at a 4:51-5:11 min/mi pace, but beneath that it says "challenging pace. No sprinting!"
I'm honestly confused because I have no idea how to run at that pace without sprinting. Does anyone know what they mean by "no sprinting"? I'm using coach Greg if that is important for anything. Thanks!
