My gps has stopped working

About two weeks ago my Venu stopped connecting to GPS when I wanted to complete an activity

SW version is 4.70

GPS version is 0.00

tried a hard reset with no luck.

any ideas on how to fix this?

I have the same issue. Bought my venu 2 weeks ago, just used it 1 time, gps could not connect anymore since then... SW and GPS version up-to-date...
