I use my Venu with an iPhone X, everything with the Garmin Connect Apps works right - except adding contact or activating emergency contacts/functions...
I can select one, but it isn't added - the counter is increased but I can't leave this "FINISH" routine.
Choosing "abort" decreases the counter to zero again.
When I start editing or choosing an emergency contact it appears : "a fault has occurred" - unfortunately nothing else, or any further hint....
What is wrong, where is my fault ?
