two found bugs

FYI, things I noticed on my 9 mile run, today.

1.) System.Exit() and System.exitTo() are not supported in the Venu and likely similar issues in the VA4.

2.) While in activity (i.e. Run), and complete the step daily goal, floors goal, etc, the screen goes black and is unrecoverable until a stop activity and resume. The activity is still running (active), but no screen (Black).

Same "feature" using the VA3 after ~20km doing a training (30km between 5:10 - 5:50min/km).
The watch keeps responsive and still shows training notification (too slow, too fast) but remains black until you stop the activity.
