My daughter bought a Venu SQ Music edition a week ago. No problems until today, when the screen went blank and the watch became unresponsive. Occasionally it will respond with one long buzz or three quick buzzes when a button is pressed. I tried a hard restart and when the watch comes back on, the screen is just a scramble of pixels and then that image blinks repeatedly. Please help, she is in tears.
