Adding weight when strength training

Something small but that could help so much, why do I have to scroll all the way from 1 to 200 to get to 200 and can't add weight based on the digit. You can do this with. 0 to .5 but have to scroll 1 through whatever number I want. Why can't one scroll be for the hundred digit, another scroll for the ten digit and another scroll for the 1 digit. Or not even a scroll but just a + - button.
