5 month old Venus Sq displays QR Code

My 5 month Venu Sq watch suddenly crashed and displays a serial number and a code.

It's charged and it hasn't suffered any damage or misuse.

Does this need to be replaced?

Hello, I think the best thing to do in this case is to contact the Garmin Support Service, from the help page of the Garmin mobile application you can open a ticket, they answer quite quickly
