My watch is stuck on blue triangle after attempt to connect with Garmin Express App. Tried the hard reset without success. Also unable to connect with mobile app any longer. Help needed.
Hello! Can you plug the device into the computer and hold the power button for 45 seconds. If this does not work please clean the contacts with rubbing alcohol then plug the device into the computer and unplug, repeat the plug in process 20 times. If this does not work please let me know.
