Garmin Coach programmes

I am doing the Garmin Coach programme and really enjoying the majority of sessions. 

Some of the sessions are entitled ‘Goal Pace Repeats’ or ‘Stride Repeats’ which require you to sprint or speed up for 20secs, followed by jogging for 45 secs (or similar time periods). However, the watch doesn’t alert me when 20 secs or 45 secs is over, therefore I have to sprint or jog whilst looking at my watch which is so annoying!!

How do I find the setting which enables the watch to vibrate when I need to move from sprint to walk (or vice versa). 

  • On your watch go to settings (long press B button), gear icon, System, Vibration.  The vibration is pretty weak so I turn mine up to “high” so I can feel it while exercising.  FYI you’ll also get vibrations for your notifications on your phone.
