Sleep stages changes during the day

My wife got a brand new Venu SQ, she has worn it for 30 days.

In the morning it says about 40min to 1.5 hours of deep sleep,

During her day the stages changes and the deep sleep stage goes down and down, now almost all her nights say 0-10 minutes of deep sleep.

Should not keep recalculating throughout the day. Especially if it does not consider naps. I can see a recalculation if the user returns to sleep mode after an hour, but the whole day? I do not understand this concept.

Also, why this? "A valid birth date must be saved in the User Settings in Garmin Connect"

And . . . If I remove the birth date, will the sleep mode stop interfering with my Body battery, Pulse Ox, and Breathing reports?

Never mind, I just going to do it and see what happens. The fora really isn't much help regarding serious questions.
