Trying to update 4.67 but is shows is not exist in the system

It's only at 20% roll out as of 9:45 am CDT (8/19/2021).

It will get to you eventually.

As I said before, the firmware is on a phased rollout .. only 20% of the users have gotten it so far.

Give it time and you'll get it within a couple of days.

i see a number of issues posted after the update. we have option to just stay at out of the box firmware right?. I would probably wait for more stable software until they fixed these bugs.

Yes it was the weekend.

It's now updated to 100% today, Mon 23rd.

Unfortunately, my Venu 2 hasn't received the update.

I suppose I will have to wait until eventually has passed!!

You might try a sync using Garmin Connect and a cable if you have not already done so. That was what got me the update a few minutes ago.

I'm away...and don't have access to a pc.

However, I've never needed to do that to get an update.

Usually the watch prompts when it's ready to install it.

So far it's just not happened with this update.

Is it because I installed the beta?

No, I have had the same experience in the past - no PC sync needed. And also it will not be an issue because you had the beta. I expect you will get it regardless.

I don't like to be treated like this from Garmin...I bought very expensive watch for what it is and Venu 2 is full of bugs few months after release! WiFi error is annoying as hell and restarting of the watch in combination of activity with Bluetooth headphones connected IE. This should be fixed in first update but now a few months later the bugs are still present Which is a shame. Garmin please get your things together and give us update which contains bug fixes which shouldn't event exist in official software!
