Hi there! Can you remove the device from the phone pair it back then change to metric again and sync the device.
Ok, as a last resort may I have you reset the device to defaults?

Hey! If all settings have been checked, can you reset the device, pair the device back to the app and make sure the settings indicate metric, if this does not work, let me know!
