A partire dal 24 agosto 2022 (faccio notare che il 23 c'è stato un aggiornamento di Garmin Connect) la bilancia non si accoppia alla rete Wifi. Contattata l'assistenza, non si è trovata una soluzione.
Try restarting the WiFi router, and make sure it uses the 2.4GHz bandwidth, and meets also the other requirements as listed at What are the Wi-Fi Requirements for an Index Smart Scale Series? | Garmin Customer Support
If it does not help, try connecting to another router or hotspot - for example you can turn on a wifi hotspot on your smartphone, or on a computer, and connect the scale to it, instead of the router.
... and if you suspect the relation to the GC update, you can try installing an older version from a public (non-official) archive such as the apk-mirror.com. I doubt though that it could be the reason, because the phone (and hence the app) is not involved in the WiFi communication with the scale, at all.
