Index Smart Scale few parameters

Hi all,

A few days ago I sold my old Huawei Body Fat Scale (paid € 25) and bought a Garmin Index Smart Scale.
How is it possible that the Garmin scale (which costs five times more) provides fewer parameters than the Huawei scale?
Example:
- Basal metabolic rate (kcal)
- Visceral fat level
-% Protein
Will these gaps be filled by an update?
