Scale is reading weight when no pressure is applied and increasing over time.

Over the past month the index smart scale has been increasing it's "zero" first issue was at 1.2lbs and has increased to 6.3 lbs. I have tried to reset the device and the issue persists. Is there a Tare function I'm not aware of?
