ERR2

My Garmin Index Smart Scale with Software Version 3.10.0.0 out of the blue and without using it just have on the screen with big letters ERR2

We have not use it since last Saturday and not so long ago (a few months) I did replace the batteries and was working fine.

What can I do ?

FYI I call Garmin Support they do not have much reports or known of this ERR2 on the Garmin Index Smart Scale. But they give a hint to follow and I did and it was solved:

Replace Batteries
Reset.
Remove from Garmin Connect.
Pair back again to Garmin Connect.
