We have had the Index scale for a few years now and around the start of February this year we noticed the scale would show weight without anyone on the scale. It will now also not show a reading when you stand on the scale apart from the amount prior to you standing on the unit. When you do stand on the scale, it will either keep the weight it showed prior to standing on it or it will show a big X only.
We have tried to get it to update as it does connect to the wifi, new batteries, reset the unit and even left it for a week without batteries in the unit.
At 4 yrs old is there anything anyone can suggest that will help fix the problem?
