I my 235 set for sleep between 9.30 pm and 9.30 am, but because of insomnia, if i wake in the night, the time I first go to sleep until my sleep is interrupted is not recorded. It is vital I have the whole night recorded, not just the last part of my sleep. Can anyone help please?
The "Help" section of the Sleep section says "You can manually enter sleep data that was not recorded by your device into your sleep chart." But then it does not say how you do this!
