My scale sometime send half of the data to garmin connect, why? and how to retrieve those data after?

I just bought the scale one week ago, I connected it to the wifi easilly. and every day I weight myself.

The first day it worked fine all the parameters where send to garmin connect. The next day only my weight was send, and I stayed on the scale until all the data were displayed and sent over. then it worked for a few days, until yesterday and today, it sent my weight and IMC but none of the other parameters. Do you know why?

Is there a way to retry them?

I got same problem here.

It just measure my weight and BMI, the other mesures don't appear. Not once. It shows me a error on display.

I have noticed that it appen if I stay to long on the scale... So once my name appear and the first '>>>>' too I step down, and I immediatly check on my phone that all the data have been sent.

It seams to work like that...
