Today my Index randomly started lighting up and giving a weight even though nothing was on it. When I pick it up or put it on a soft surface, it zeroes (though obviously does not weigh accurately). Consequently, weights are now off by anywhere from 0.2 pounds to 6.5 pounds.
Has anyone else had this problem? How do I fix it? I tried resetting it a few times to no avail.
