CanBounce be added to an existing carrier plan?

Can the Bounce be added to an existing carrier account or does it have to use Garmin's plan? My T-Mobile plan is only $5 a month as compared to Garmin at $10 a month.

Fairly certain it’s going to be Garmin only and they manage the carrier agreements and plan etc (like the 945LTE) but maybe someone at G can answer officially.
