Updating to Software Version 3.60 - Did I Make A Mistake?

I have Vector 3 pedals which were installed May 2. I've ridden the bike that they are on eight times (it spent a week at the shop getting a little tune up, and waiting for a phone call that didn't come). My total riding time is around 23 hours. On my last three rides, I have received a low battery warning.

I've had no problems at all with the pedals so far.

I've also been receiving the notice that asks me to install 3.60 software. I did that today, and I've read that this version "tunes" the low battery warning. I've also read that some people who have installed 3.60 are experiencing power drops, right pedal disconnects, and the like. Now I'm wondering whether I will continue to have a problem free experience with these pedals.

I guess I'll be finding out in the next day or two....

Update: I rode today, and had no problems like others have described with the latest software.

And I didn't get a "battery low" notification. In fact, I stopped and checked the sensor details. It showed battery status was "OK".

I've had no issues with my V3 after updating them to 3.60

I'm now up to a bit over 37 hours of riding time. The past three rides, I've gotten "battery low" notifications around the middle of my ride (say an hour into the ride). I checked after completing the second of these rides, and the battery status was "OK".
