Vector 3 friction

My Vector3 pedals arrived and I've done two rides. I noticed that the pedals do not rotate freely. I give my Vector 1's a spin with my finger, and they rotate a couple of times, then swing back and forth a bit before stopping. The right Vector 3 pedal will rotate once, then stop. The left pedal won't even rotate a full revolution.

Does anyone else have this problem?

Vector 3 uses a dual dust/moisture seal assembly that has a little more initial drag than the single seal used on Vector 1/2 pedals. The seals do wear in as you use them and the pedals will become more…

I've located the issue Garmin. It's the plastic piece (with the PCB) that screws to the nut under the batter cover. You just have to unscrew and remove this plastic piece from the nut and spindle…

I have done over 1000 miles on my Vector 3S and they still haven't got any looser.

I ve done like 4000 miles with mine and they still don't move an inch

The pedal won't spin freely when this piece is rubbing the inside of the pedal body when it's screwed to the nut.
