So Garmin, when we can expect to see availability? Your website says Q3/17 (i.e. you've got 1 week left) but my pre-order with Evans in the UK has just slipped to 20th October...

***** In unrelated news, I heard from Garmin yesterday that they did start shipping, specifically, at Kona last week at the expo. They also started shipping to ship to other retailers/distributors as well.
Thank you for your pre-order for the Garmin Vector 3 Pedal-Based Power Meter. According to the most recent information available from Garmin, shipments are scheduled to leave the manufacturer the last week of October. We look forward to receiving this shipment and processing orders the first week of November.
It's a bit more vague here in Australia. I've ordered it from Pushys, and they're saying 3-5 weeks. HighlyTunedAthletes is saying 10-Oct, which has been and gone. Johnny Appleseed GPS has them as late Nov, early Dec. Garmin Au are saying 3-5 weeks.
I order mine from garmin japan. They start accepting pre-order since Oct 5 which I pre-ordered it. The site listed Nov 3 as release date. A few days after I order, the site listed it as "out of stock" but now accepting pre-order again but mark as "For next shipment". Hope that they don't delay the shipment for japan.
I've been watching the pedals on the REI site. They had the Vector 3 available for pre-order. But now you can't even pre-order it. Only the 3S remains available for pre-order. I wonder if this implies that the ship date has been pushed back yet again.
I've already sold my PowerTap pedals in anticipation of the Vector 3. I guess I'll have to put platform pedals on my bike :).
Latest update from Clever Training notes they received a limited number of units though not enough to fulfill my order :(
