Varia RCT715 MP4 metadata

I am using exiftool to extract the metadata from the Varia RCT715 MP4 videos created while riding. There is a single embedded binary field that exiftool thinks is a Garmin GPS encoded timestamp. I am hoping this is a bit more accurate than the other timestamps embedded which all seem to be about 2 seconds AFTER the timestamp displaying in the video overlay. The embedded binary data is a bit too long to be just the timestamp so I'm wondering if there is any documentation about what exif meta data the Varia RCT715 is writing into the MP4 files it creates while recording. I'm hoping that there might be a lat/lng in it as well since there are 33 bytes of data and you only need 4 bytes for a timestamp.
