Edge Explorer turns on when connected or disconnected to a power source

Hello,
when I connect the Edge to power with the power off, it turns on. So I have to turn it off every time I charge it. Same with unplugging the power. This is not the case with the Edge 830. Can we adjust this someway? I find this behavior extremely annoying.

This only happens with external chargers for me.
When I plug the Explore into the USB port of the computer and charge it, it works fine.
In this case, if the device was on, it turns off after plugging in and automatically goes into charging mode.

It doesn't turn off. When connected to a computer it enters into a special mode, where it acts as USB storage, but it is still powered on. And what happens when you unplug it from the computer?

It's an annoying behavior. Only Garmin can fix it, but they won't.

You are right, it turns on or restarts. But it hasn't bothered me so far, so I didn't notice it at all. I just turn it off again afterwards.
