Why does the device say Must have Connnect Version 4.5 when the most recent version for Android is 4.34 when trying to connect to my phone? I just did a restore to factory settings and now this.

Why does the device say Must have Connnect Version 4.5 when the most recent version for Android is 4.34 when trying to connect to my phone?  I just did a restore to factory settings and now this.

By the way, the factory restore did not help my navigation issue with version 12.6 or with trying to install 12.7 by adding the GUPDATE file,

    The 4.5 version that is mentioned is very old. There have been many updates since to the Garmin Connect App. If you were to go with just single numerals it would be 29 updates since the 4.5 version. However there have been many more than that as there decimals when we make minor changes to the app.
