Segments not being recorded...

In the last couple of months my Explore 820 is not recording segments crossed...
Some rides it does record them but most not...cannot figure out why...
I think this is started to happen after firmware 8.40...I finally installed 10.?? and now 11.00...Worked perfect before...
Any suggestions? Thanks

It did before...I am talking about after the ride, on Garmin Connect, I could se the segments crossed and the times. Now the last ride did not record any...the ride before it did!! I don't understand why!!
