Incident detection

Since the 10.0 upgrade, incident detection seems to be much more sensitive (not a bad thing), but it is impossible to cancel the incident detection on the Garmin device.
A message is shown you need to touch and hold the bottom part of the screen, however the timer just keeps counting and the messages are being sent once the timer reaches zero.

I had it go off 2 times in a ride last week (first time ever) and neither was an incident. I was able to cancel both, but it took 2 attempts (both without my gloves) to do so. Some times the touch screen isn't responsive.
