Activity isn't visible

Hello,
last sunday I did a ride with my bike, and connect my Edge 820 Explore with Garmin Connect. The upload worked fine, but the aktivity istn't there, nothing. I try to upload the aktivity manually, but it isnt possible, there is a message "the activitiy is still uploaded". Im a little bit confused, the aktivity is uploaded but not visible. Has anyone the same problem, or a solution?
