Notes:

  • For any issues that you encounter please fill out the form included in the download and attach it to an email to [email protected]. Please note that you may not get a response to the email unless we need more information on the issue you report.
  • Although this software is believed to be reliable, it has not yet been released for production and should be used at your own risk.

Changes made from version 9.20 to 9.22:

  • Changed gear battery data field to display percentage remaining if available, which affects Shimano Di2 single-battery systems.
  • Updated sensor low battery prompts to differentiate between low and critical status.
  • Fixed issue where distance could stop accumulating.
  • Fixed issue where text message sender names would display incorrectly.
  • My Edge 830 has the version 9.10. The actualisation with Garmin Express says, that 9.10 is the newest version. But there are more versions to download (up to 9.26). Are this updates automaticelly comming? Can I the 9.26 manuell download and install, or ist it nessesary to install one after the next (9.2 than 9.22 ...)?

  • The most recent "production" version is 9.10.

The 9.22 / 9.24 / 9.26 are all BETA TEST versions that can be downloaded and installed IF you want to risk using semi-stable software, at some future date a new BETA will be released for testing or a new production version will be released. Production versions are installed from Garmin Connect / Express automatically while the Betas are downloaded from the forum.

Generally you only need to install the last production (or beta) version as it will contain all the changes in previous versions (although it is not unknown that a new version will lose previous changes but that is just bad software source control)

  • Thank you for your answer.
