My edge 820 has a connection error when plugged to computer: usb overload

I am not able to sync the edge on a computer. When plugged in usb, the computer rejects the device saying it draws too much power from the usb port.

Has this combination of 820, USB cable, and computer worked in the past and just now stopped working? You might try a different cable, different computer, etc... Also might try fully charging the 820 on its wallwart first.
