I use Forerunner 955 Solar for running and Edge 820 for cycling training. I completed a half marathon on Saturday and my recovery time was around 50 hours. Since I was planning to go for a ride on Sunday, I opened my Edge 820 and connected it to my phone to check everything was ok. After I realized that, my recovery time on Garmin connect app changed to zero. Later, I closed Edge 820 and connect FR 955 to my phone, and my recovery time also change to zero on the watch as well.
