Is it possible to display the battery status of my powermeter as a data field?

Here is a complete list of 820 data fields.  Power meter battery level/status does not appear to be among them.

When the PM is active and connected, you can view details under Settings, Sensors.   In my case for two different power meters it shows battery status OK, but not a level.  I can check the battery levels with phone apps, which I do every few weeks.

Firstly, if your power meter doesn't support Bluetooth Smart, this article probably isn't for you. I know that the Stages power meter does not support it because I have one resumes planet services for my thesis work. I recently got a Garmin Fenix 3 HR which is capable of displaying different data fields depending on what you want to see.
