Do I have to change settings on my Edge 820 if my crank length changes?

Just bought a TT Bike which has shorter cranks than my road bike. I have P1 Power Pedals - do I have to change the cranl length on the Garmin Edge 820 - and if so, how do I do it? I've searched the user manual but not found anything.

The crank length attribute is under the sensor details for the P1 power meter. The Edge will need to be communication with the pedals for the crank length option to show.
