Poor battery performance

My 820 works for about 2.5 hours before going in to save mode and then I get about another 45 mins. Can you replace the internal battery?

If you are in FW12.1, revert to FW11.2, it will solve the problem

1) Download this http://gawisp.com/perry/edge/Edge820_1120.gcd on the pc.

2) Rename it Gupdate.gcd

3) Put the file in the Garmin folder on the Edge from pc.

4) Disconnect, restart your Edge 820 and install.

Since this procedure will reset the device you will have to set it from the beginning. As a workaround you can save on the pc, before you start the procedure, all the files in the backup folder, on the edge 820, and after you finished the downgrade you can put them back in all the same named folders.

When you will prompted, don't update to v12.10
