Having been a Garmin user for a number of years I have to say that the 820 is IMHO the worst product they have produced. I have been having all sorts of issues with mine and now having been instructed by Garmin, yesterday, to install the latest software update to "fix other issues" I now find I cannot upload my workouts to WK0 (either 3, + or 4) aargh this is so frustrating. The workouts are there on the device and are shown when I open device agent in WKO but when I ask to download it says "no workouts there". I have also tried clicking and dragging the files from the 820 to WKO but this doesn't work either. Can anyone out there help me please? I rode a 10mile TT PB today and now cannot down load and analyse it! Thanks. PS BTW I can down load to Garmin connect that this does not give me the functionality I am used to.
