I just connected a newly purchased 520 to Express. The first thing it did was update to firmware 2.60. Does anyone know where the release notes can be found? or what changes have been made since the first firmware that was released?
Regional models of the Edge product line have their own software releases, though I'm surprised the TWN model is at 2.90 all ready as the latest release I can see for it is 2.50. It could be that the release has the wrong version number in it.

Typo?? I've seen different regional software versions, but don't think I've seen different GPS versions across regions. The TWN model is Software version 2.60, GPS version 2.90. I never thought to check the Taiwanese Garmin site, but 2.60 was released at the beginning of the month to fix a bug related to the language question/setting that displays when you power on the unit for the first time.
