Out on a ride today my garmin decided to turn itself off and wouldn’t turn back on!? Got home, googled it and held the power button for 10 seconds and it came back to life. Unfortunately my ride has vanished and isn’t in the history either? I’d just done a full one hour lap and would’ve really liked to have seen power data etc. wouldnt normally bother me but I’m gutted to have lost an entire hour long effort! I hit the lap button to finish, then about 1min later, it turned itself off!
I’ve plugged it into my laptop and there’s a ‘TPT_BACKUP_FILE’ from the correct date and time. Just no ride.
is there anything I can do? Not massively computer savvy
