I have a 520 that has served me faithfully for quite a few years. Suddenly, it is displaying a red battery icon as if the power is very low. Also, I can no longer sync it to my Mac: the same one that has worked these 4-5 years since I got the 520. My feeling was that it might be the cable (I'm using the one that came with the 520), but that cable does work for simple charging of other devices that have the same kind of port.
Anyone had similar experiences/solutions?
