Your ability to access a phased roll-out is based on the unit ID and not your location. I expect that Garmin will go to 100% on Monday.

Just checked a few moments ago, Garmin. Express reports Up to date version 5.40

Not geographically based as aweatherall says, but also not clear where the rollout % is up to or when it will be available for my unit. It's well past Monday

Download this version, then rename file to GUPDATE.GCD  and copy it to the Garmin folder on the Edge computer. After restart Edge, your Edge will install new version.

That copy is only there because I have a 520+ which did update.

If anyone has a copy of the updates for the 820 or 820 Explore I'd be happy to add them to the archive.
