Can't find any sensors

Hope someone can help me, I have a edge 520 and it can't seem to find any sensors, I've tried removing all the sensors from the device and reset the garmin back to factory settings. Now when I go to find a sensor it can only pick up my HRM, I've tried all the troubleshooting suggestions e.g batteries etc. Also the software version is 13.0 if that helps, Thanks

Hi. I had sensor issues after updating software from 5.20 to 5.30. Now Garmin have just released version 5.40 which, if you look at the release notes, says that this software reverts your device back to 5.20 as there were sensor connectivity issues with release 5.30. I have updated my device to this latest software and will see if all is fixed when I next have ride. Give it a try, as Im sure like me everything was fine with 5.20, so in theory this should fix it.
