Live Segments, Fenix 3 Integration and Auto-Pause

Hi all! Brand new here. I used my 520 on the weekend, amazing. I had some questions and issues...

How do I get Live Segments to work?
I also have a Fenix 3, would I need to turn track a Cycle on the watch as well as the Edge?
When I am riding with with the 520, if I stop to change a tyre does it have auto-pause like Strava does?
Has anyone used a Power Meter, and are they worth using?

1. There is a lot of information here about Live Segments. It is worth reading.
2. Unfortunately, I am not able to parse this question.
3. Yes, the Edge 520 has auto pause capability.
4. You will not get an answer here to a broad, general question like this. The answer to this question is book-length; literally.
