Can I sync or export just one ride from a friend's Edge 25?

I want to export just one ride from a friend's Edge 25 to upload to my Garmin Connect account. I connected the 25 to my Garmin Connect app but it started to sync all the rides on his device. I want to export just the latest ride to add to my account.

Can I do this via USB cable instead of bluetooth connection? Is it possible to export or sync just one ride?

Connect the device to a computer, log in to the Garmin Connect website, and import the activity file manually.

Just upload all his rides to your account and then delete what you don't want!!

Thanks for the suggestions. I will get my friend's adapter to connect to my computer and see how that works. Re the suggestion to upload all the rides and then delete what I don't want....too many rides to have to deal with...but thanks for the suggestion.

If your friend uses Garmin Connect, he can export the ride to a .tcx file that you can import.
