Sure you can. The visible shortcomings are languages set (english and several asian ones), estimated battery life (13 hrs instead 15hrs) and lack of Global warranty (I think).
My Device is in the Wrong Language 1 Hold menu 2 Scroll down to the last item in the list, and select it. 3 Select the first item in the list. 4 Use up and down to select your language.
The battery of my 130 APAC withstood 160 km ride (BT on, LiveTrack on, HR & Cad sensors connected). Residual charge was 20%.
